Castles in Scotland
If you enjoy cultural immersion, or want to experience the lifestyle of the rich and famous, this is the holiday for you. Nothing can surpass renting a villa in the Italian countryside surrounded by vineyards and olive groves; watching the sun set over the Mediterranean while sitting on your veranda on the Cote d Azur or living on a country estate in a 1000-year-old castle.

I'm the owner of Traditional Ways which features travel to the Caribbean, Europe
and N. America. I have worked in both the Airline and Cruise line Industry prior to
becoming a travel agent about 10 years ago. Although, I'm originally from New
York, I have lived in both Northern and Southern California, the Island of Jamaica
and currently South Florida.
I have traveled to Italy, Norway, Mexico, Canada, England, Hawaii, Alaska, The
Bahamas, Grand Cayman, Haiti and most of the Continental US, but probably know
Jamaica (15 trips) and Scotland the best because of family ties.
My multi-cultural background has instilled the appreciation for culture, history and
the variety of life. I have climbed the many stairs of Scotland's Grand Castles and
enjoyed a Highland Safari to view red deer and other unique wild life. I have dined
at some of Scotland's best restaurants in Edinburgh, St. Andrew and Perthshire, in
between the shopping sprees . I'm not a golf pro, but have access to all of the great
courses thanks to my designation as a Scots Agent.
I try to make each client's dream vacation a reality with that little extra something that
I can add from my own experiences or knowledge of the Jamaica or the destinations
that I specialize in.

I lived in England for several years. During that time we did research for a large tour company designing tours of Great Britain. We visited every little nook and village and scouted for accommodations. I return at least once each year to visit and observe changes. I consider London my second home. I have traveled throughout Scotland on many occasions and know it well from the Western Hebrides to the larger cities. During my 40 plus years in the travel business I have handled all types of clients from small country inns to castles. I enjoy doing family travel groups, weddings and honeymoons. Whether it is sailing on the broads, cruising on Loch Lomond, cruising along the rivers or taking a premier cruise ship out of England for a cruise aroundthe British Isles, I handled those as well. And, finally, I am familiar with the rail systems within the country, from the little steam trains in Wales to the deluxe Royal Scotsman in Scotland.
